Ways to use Use Labels to Organize Programs
- By Developmental/ Assessment Domain (Behavior Reduction, Fine Motor, Learning Readiness, Social Skills, Beginning Language, Imitation)
- By Location of where the program is run (Home Program, Parent Goal, Community, Peer Date)
- By Program Type (Analysis, Assessment, Fluency, PEAK ect.)
Labels in the Library
The purpose of labels in a library is to help users organize and search for programs by the label.
To search by a label, click on the chevron (or carrot) next to "All Programs" in a library. This will create a dropdown menu of all labels. Then select the label you would like to search.
Labels in Learner Programs
The purpose of labels in a Learner is to filter programs by the label in a program list or filter programs by the label in data collection. See examples below of each.

Vocabulary Permissions
When you create an Organization, there are no labels. You must create the labels you want to use across your organization. Thought should be put into what labels you want to use to organize your programs in a library and in data collection. To create labels, you must first have a role that has permission to "Edit Vocabulary".
