Convert PDF Downloads to Word Doc Format

After downloading content from Motivity into a PDF, you might need to convert it to a word doc format. 

For example, once you use the bulk download feature to download graphs for a learner, you might find it useful to open it as a word doc which will allow you to see the graphs as individual pictures embedded in the document.

To convert a PDF: 

1. Open the folder where your PDF was saved

2. Right-click on the PDF name 

3. Click "Open with"

4. Select "Microsoft Word" 

5. Your document will open in Word.
