Export Member Data from your Organization

How to Export Member Data from your Organization

 

  1. Check your role permissions. This feature will be available to members with the "Manage Members" permission. 



  2. After selecting your organization, click "members", a list will populate and the option to "export" member data. 

  3. Once the export is selected, a pop up will provide an option to include members who were removed from your organization and this is selected by default.



  4. A CSV file will be created to include every field in the member profile with the following inclusions and details:  
    • Member's status (Active/Removed)
    • If Removed status, include the date and time removed
    • Include the date that he member joined
    • Include all field from the following sections: 
      • Account
      • Roles
      • Legal Name
      • Details
      • Contact
      • License Information
      • Address
      • Payor (There can be multiple payor's but each payor only has a name)
