Creating and Adding Labels to Note Templates

This article explains how to create labels and label note templates so you can quickly filter your search and find the template you need.

Adding labels to note templates can be a useful way to organize the templates for you and your staff.

Creating a Label

  • Click on your Note/Report Template Library

  • Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select "vocabulary"

  • You will see a list of existing labels and you can create a new label by clicking the + sign

  • Type a label name and choose a colour

  • Click "create label" when you are done

Adding a Label to a Note Template

  1. Click on the template that you want to add a label to

  2. Click on Labels (if you don't see this, click on the three dots in the right hand corner)

  3. Search labels either by typing the name of the label or by clicking the chevron arrow to the right, this will open a drop down menu of all labels. Select which label you want to add to the template by clicking the + sign to the left of the label.

Searching Using Labels

When searching through a template list, you will be able to filter templates by labels. Do this by clicking the "Find" button in the right hand corner and selecting which filter you want to use (label or types), Select the label that is relevant to your search and all note templates with this label will be displayed.
