Editing Fields with Lists (check boxes, radio buttons or drop downs):
Select the Field from the left column
To add new choices, in the middle column, click "+ Check Box" "+ Radio Button" or "+ Choice"
Type in your option
Repeat this process until you have created all your options
You can clone, delete, or change the order of your options using the ellipses found to the left of the text line

Changing a Checkbox to Display as a Dropdown
If you would like to have a dropdown menu but can select multiple choices, you may create a checkbox field but display it as a dropdown menu.
In order to change the display:
Select the checkbox field
Scroll down to the bottom of your choices/options
Look for "Display as checkboxes."
Select the down arrow
Change it to "Display as a dropdown menu."
