There is reasoning behind the colors of certain features in Motivity. Perhaps you have already figured out that the phases are different colors: Orange= Assess, Blue = Train, Purple = Track, Green = Maintenance. But colors have significance in other areas of Motivity as well.
Colour alerts with respect to session notes
Gray
Gray checkmark - the note is approved, and you have no means of un-approving it because it isn’t your note; only the signer can unsign it if it is approved
Gray pencil – the note is being edited, but you cannot edit or sign it because it isn’t your note.
Gray signature – this could mean one of the following:
the note is in the process of approval
you do not have the right to further approve/reject the note
you have not previously signed, approved, or rejected the note or, if so, you no longer have the right to remove your signature
Mustard
Mustard signature – this means one of the following:
the note is in the process of approval
you have previously signed/approved/rejected the note and have the right to remove your signature
you do not have the right to further approve/reject the note
Blue
blue signature - the note is in the process of approval, and you can approve/reject
Light Blue
light blue pencil - you can edit or sign the note
Red
red x - the note has been rejected, and you can either edit the note or remove the rejection
Green
green checkmark - the note is approved and you can remove approval and unsign it
