To change your display name or username, follow these steps:
Scroll to the bottom of the Motivity dashboard and you will find "my account" is located below the section titled organization.
Click on "My Account".
From here, you can change your username, full name, and reset your password. You cannot change your email.
Click "Save Changes".
To change your legal name, which is what imports into session notes:
Navigate to your member profile (Members --> find your name)
Select "Edit" in the top right corner
Find "Legal Name," and make necessary edits
Click "Save"
Tip: If you would like a particular role (such as administrators) to be able to edit others' member profiles, including their legal names, ensure that that role has the "Manage Members" permission toggled on:
