To view the default profile templates, go to your organization in Motivity Clinical, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click on "Settings."

From there, you will click on "Profile Templates"

In Motivity Clinical, you will see the following profile templates:

If you click on each individual template type, you can view the default information each template will display.

From there, you can edit each individual learner's profile with their information from the fields saved in the template, as described here: How to edit a learner's profile

To edit individual members' profiles in Motivity Clinical, you will click "Members." From there, you will be able to see all of the members within your organization.

Select the member's profile that you wish to edit. From there, you will be able to edit all of the information populated from the Member Profile Template. In this section, you can also assign a learner or role to this member (top right).

Finally, to access and edit your organization's profile in Motivity Clinical, you will click "Settings" and then "Organization Profile." Similarly, you will be able to edit all of the information populated from the Organization Profile Template. You will find your Implementation and Training Materials will be linked within the Notes section of your Organization Profile.
