IOA or Dual Access Use Case
If you need two people (e.g., for IOA) to collect data on the same target but in different contexts:
Option 1: Use the Playlist Feature to Create an IOA Session Type
Use the Playlist session type feature to create a special session type for IOA
This allows IOA programs and data to be restricted to whatever role you wish to give IOA access to.

Tips for Session Type Setup
Create a global parameter for your playlist tags (e.g., #IOA #playlist) to reduce typing errors.
Always double-check capitalization of your session types.
Session Type Visibility
If a role doesn't have the playlist tag as part of their permission set, they won’t see the playlist programs.
Even the creator of the program must have the playlist tag to view and collect data.
Owners can always view everything.
Option 2: Duplicate the Program
Create two versions of the same program (e.g., IOA playlist and Caregiver playlist).
Confirm each staff member knows which program to use.
You may also add one of the duplicated programs to the IOA session type oif you decide to utilize Option 1.
Option 3: Paper Data Collection
Print data sheets for one of the roles if duplicating programs isn’t feasible.
Compare the paper data to what was collected directly in Motivity.
