Option 1: Forgot Your Password? Reset from the Login Page
If you can't remember your password and are unable to log in, follow these steps:
From either Motivity login page, click "Forgot your password?"
You'll receive an email from [email protected] with a password reset link.
Click the link in the email — it will take you to a page where you can create a new password.
Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Option 2: Reset Your Password from Within Your Clinical Account
If you're already logged into Clinical and would like to update your password, follow these steps:
Log in to your Clinical Motivity account.
Select "My Account" from your dashboard.
In your Profile Settings, scroll to the "Password" section.
Click "Reset Password" — a prompt will appear to reset your password via email.
Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.
