Resetting Your Password

This article covers two ways to reset your Motivity password — whether you've been locked out and can't log in, or you're already logged in and want to update your password from your account settings. Either way, getting back on track is quick and easy!

Option 1: Forgot Your Password? Reset from the Login Page

If you can't remember your password and are unable to log in, follow these steps:

  1. From either Motivity login page, click "Forgot your password?"

  2. You'll receive an email from [email protected] with a password reset link.

  3. Click the link in the email — it will take you to a page where you can create a new password.

Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Option 2: Reset Your Password from Within Your Clinical Account

If you're already logged into Clinical and would like to update your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Clinical Motivity account.

  2. Select "My Account" from your dashboard.

  3. In your Profile Settings, scroll to the "Password" section.

  4. Click "Reset Password" — a prompt will appear to reset your password via email.

  5. Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.
