Scope and Purpose
This document is for users from the operations and scheduling departments, who create, update and maintain patients and providers schedules. It walks them through the features relevant to their scope of work within Motivity.
Process Overview
This system is to manage clinical services related sessions between patients and providers, utilizing the work authorizations to bill those sessions.
Typical tasks to be done by the user will include:
Reviewing the sessions and schedules of both patients and providers
Availability management
