Edit your user profile (edit name, username, change password & set up MFA)

This article shows you how to edit your profile including changing your password and setting up MFA.

1. Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to your Motivity account

  2. Select "My Account"

2. Editing Name and Username

  1. In the Profile Settings, locate the "Personal Information" section.

  2. Enter your updated information.

  3. Click Save to apply changes.

3. Resetting Your Password

  1. Scroll to the "Password" section.

  2. Click "Reset Password".

  3. A prompt to reset your Motivity password via email will appear. See below.

3. Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

1. Check with your administrator regarding company policy for Multi-Factor Authentication.
